The CEO of EPIKYΚLOS Mr. Iosif Arabatzis attended the first Building & Construction Summit @ Costa Navarino of Boussias Events on November 13 and 14, 2023.
An outstanding effort by Boussias, where more than 280 one2one business meetings, speeches and discussions on the sustainable construction of the future took place by leading representatives of the construction and architecture industry.
Τopics on about how infrastructure can be designed in order to contribute to a sustainable future for the economy, society and the lives of all were raised.
Reference was made to the rapid growth experienced by the construction industry in recent years, the most important challenges it faces, along with the concerns that have arisen from the significant lack of qualified human resources, the increase in construction costs, and the effects of the climate crisis.
At the same time, the added value that architectural design offers to the multidimensional relationship between man and space and its multiple aesthetic and functional dimensions were discussed and issues such as technology and the effect of artificial intelligence on it were highlighted.
Mr. Arabatzis spoke with leading suppliers from the building materials, building systems and equipment industry in targeted meetings.
The speeches and networking events were accompanied by an intermedia experience with wine and olive tasting, as well as golf, thus completing an extraordinary two-day event.
