1. “EPIKYKLOS IKE” company (henceforth “Facilitating Company”) holds a series of advertising activities (henceforth “Actions”), in which interested parties are invited to fill in their email at https://epikyklos.gr/, in order to get informed regarding the company’s products and news.
2. The completion of the E-mail implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant for the personal data’s registration in a file to be kept by the supporting Facilitating Company for the purpose of this action, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472/1997. The personal data of the participants will be kept in a file and will be processed by the Facilitating Company in accordance with the new GDPR rules. The purpose of the collection, preservation, and processing of personal data by the Facilitating Company is to inform about products and updates of the Facilitating Company.
