As a personality with an aptitude for innovation, in 2011 he introduced the fixed-budget residence renovation packages in the Greek market. In 2015, having studied the needs of the country’s tourism industry, he launched the fixed-budget hotel renovation packages. In 2016, he created a new research department within EPIKYKLOS, where new materials and techniques are tested before being used in the company’s projects.
His aim was to enter into a creative collaboration with the architecture community, so he transformed the company’s offices into an open space, where the designers’ inspiration meets the experience in implementation; to this day, the company has built partnerships with more than 25 major architectural firms. As a person with artistic and social sensibilities, he has made the presence of EPIKYKLOS a “must” in all the major cultural events of Athens.
He has been closely following the developments in construction and the real estate market and, since 2017, he has been active in the Real Estate sector, creating a pillar of cooperation with the largest investors inside and outside the country. In 2021, he redefined building design and construction, introducing the model apartment building “URBAND” to the market. Ever since then, he continues to construct new buildings in the light of a more beautiful and functional world, with respect to both people and the environment.

She studied at the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), graduating in 2005; she has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece ever since. A series of seminars, trainings and certifications on the field of energy and sustainable development, project management, as well as theatre and performing arts, came to complement her academic knowledge.
She gained extensive experience in the composition and organisation of large projects, professional spaces, residential and hotel projects as a freelancer, but also through her collaboration with companies and architectural firms. She has, also, written articles in journals of the industry.
At EPIKYKLOS, she undertakes projects both as a designer and as a project manager, supervising every stage of their implementation. She perceives each project as a living organism, each one unique, where know-how, the sense of organisation and creativity must be appropriately balanced, so as to ensure the high quality of the services and the final product. A human-centred approach, innovations and the added value of the building are elements that characterise every architectural design and feasibility assessment. A passion for evolving her work, industriousness and her team spirit are the key points that characterise her management activities in the company.
With a deep knowledge of the construction industry and through his experience, organisational spirit and teamwork, he is a key member in the carrying out of projects. He is present every day in both the organisation of construction activities and the resolution of various issues that may arise.
Having an excellent knowledge of market materials, he handles the company’s communication with suppliers, maintaining the high quality of materials and services and, thus, achieving the best possible results.

With 20 years of experience in advertising, over 100 different brands on her record and more than 20 accolades for her work, she manages the image and strategic actions of EPIKYKLOS in terms of communication and marketing.
She studied graphic design at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Through the wealth of knowledge and experience she amassed in the course of her career by working in various advertising companies and with major clients, she went from ideas and design to marketing and strategy.
She likes to evolve the companies that put their trust in her, designing unique experiences and solutions, through targeted creative ideas both in printed and digital communication and bringing into play design thinking and technology.
The defining quality of her character and work ethic is her pugnacity and her need for efficiency. Her goal is to achieve the distinction of EPIKYKLOS as a construction company with vision and culture, ranking it, at the same time, as one of the leading companies in the industry, through the promotion of its work and the quality of its services.

He graduated from the NTUA School of Architecture in 2007 and has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece ever since. He worked for 4 years in architectural firms and gained experience both in public works and residential design projects. Since 2012, he has been active as a freelancer in the design and renovation of residences and apartments, having a key role in both design and implementation.
Anastasis belongs to the main associates of EPIKYKLOS’ architecture team. With patience and conscience, his aim is proper architectural design, through which he creates the ideal, personal space that will each time fulfil the client’s needs both in terms of functionality and aesthetics.
She graduated with Honours from the NTUA School of Architecture in 2012 and continued her studies in the postgraduate programme “Lighting Design” of the Hellenic Open University. She has participated in architectural competitions and exhibitions and has attended a series of seminars on digital design, refurbishment of buildings, as well as on photography and jewellery design/making.
She has a decade-long experience and, through her work in architectural firms, she has had the opportunity to participate in a wide range of fields, such as hotel properties, hospitals, office buildings and residential complexes, taking on an active role in all stages of architectural design, from the initial design to the projects’ completion. Her experience as a freelancer in private residences and stores allowed her to gain insight into the architectural management of interior spaces and the supervision of construction sites.
Elena joined the EPIKYKLOS team as a renovation designer, undertaking the design of projects based on the functional and aesthetic needs of the company’s clients. Characterised by industriousness, persistence and patience, she utilises her design and creative skills with an emphasis on detail, so as to ensure the seamless development of projects, by establishing good communication with client.
The EPIKYKLOS project “Apartment Renovation in Glyfada”, which was designed by her, was voted in the Top 10+1 Interiors 2020 by Archisearch.
She is an Architectural Engineer, with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of East London (UEL).
During the last years of her studies, she focused on Urban Architecture. Her design on the housing project CASE STUDY in ACCORDIA, CAMBRIDGE was awarded by her university, a notable achievement in her career. She has remained active in her field throughout the years, as she has participated in numerous Architectural Contests.
She spent most of her career working and living abroad. In 2015-2017, she was an Architectural Engineer at a London construction company. Her next position was at a large multinational company in Dubai, UAE, where she was lead engineer at the Harvey Nichols and Bloomingdales stores in the Retail sector. Her work experience, travels and collaboration with Architects from abroad helped her considerably in expanding her experience in the field. Upon her return to Greece, she joined the team of EPIKYKLOS in the renovations department, offering her multi-faceted expertise to every project she undertakes.
Vision, creativity, technical and aesthetic innovation, responsibility and hard work are all qualities that characterise her.

She is an Architecture graduate of the National Technical University of Athens with an NTUA Master’s Degree in Urban and Landscape Planning.
With great proficiency in the integration of new technologies in design and construction, she has extensive knowledge on the design of a global range of projects, from construction detail and object design to large scale urban planning studies. In the past she has collaborated in studies for large housing and tourism projects in Greece and Cyprus, while she has participated in the International Workshop “Cross – SeaUrban Transitions”. Finally, she has attended seminars on Health and Safety at the Workplace.
She graduated in 2000 from the Department of Interior Architecture, Decoration and Object Design of the School of Applied Arts of the Institute of Vocational Training (IEK) of Maroussi. Since then, she has worked in architectural firms, becoming proficient in the study, composition and design of interior spaces as an interior designer. She has attended scenography, photography and costume design seminars, through which she acquired new perspectives as a tool for approaching projects in the most comprehensive way. In 2016, she earned a degree in apparel designing as a fashion designer and, for a time, she apprenticed under Greek designer V. Zoulias.
She is someone who is always looking for new approaches-ideas and innovations. She believes in teamwork, because it broadens one’s mind, produces a variety of ideas and, at the same time, the diversity of characters create solutions and new goals.
He is a Civil Engineer with 25 years of experience in supervision and large constructions. He has participated in a number of remarkable projects, including hotels, office buildings, residences, stores and catering establishments, as Site Manager – Lead Construction Engineer. He holds a Grade IV certificate (at least 12 years of work experience) by the Register of Construction Experience (MEK) issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
The successful completion of the projects he undertakes is the result of professional responsibility, sound project management, goal setting and the continuous updating on new applications in the construction sector.
Integrity, supervision skills and effective communication are his key attributes.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus. He has attended seminars on heating and air conditioning and has participated in several exhibitions.
He has over 20 years of experience as a mechanical engineer in various commercial companies, technical companies and design firms.
His organisational ability, honesty and sincerity in his professional relationships are the key qualities of his character. By emphasising the proper conduct of the operations and the immediate resolution of any issues, he delivers each project successfully and with respecting the clients’ needs.
He earned a Degree in Civil Engineering in 2001 and a Master’s Degree in “Environmental Planning of Cities and Buildings” in 2012. He is a registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (Reg. No. 90911) and the Register of Construction Experience (MEK) of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (Reg. No. 32583 in the project categories of (C) Road Construction, (C) Building Works, (D) Hydraulic Works, (A) Port Development & (B) Industrial – Energy Projects).
He has a two-decade work experience in the construction of many public and private projects as a construction company executive. His areas of expertise include the construction of various types of projects, namely the construction of residential and commercial properties, the reconstruction of open spaces, the renovation of commercial – office – residential spaces, hotels, summer houses, infrastructure projects (water supply, irrigation, sewage, wastewater treatment), solar parks, etc.
His most characteristic qualities are his sense of organisation, credibility and consistency. He treats every project as unique and focuses on the integrity of the results, he is quite adaptable and specialises in finding immediate solutions to the constant challenges of project construction.
He is a Civil Engineer with postgraduate studies in Structural Engineering at the University of Derby in the UK. He specialises in Welding Engineering (International Welding Engineer), being certified by the International Institute of Welding (IIW), and Project Management. He is, also, a Grade A Energy Inspector and a Safety Technician.
He has attended numerous seminars on structural engineering, on energy, surveying and industrial projects, as well as on project administration and management. He has conducted seminars on “binder materials and side coverings of metal constructions” and on “2D design using AutoCAD” to the personnel of various companies based in Athens.
He has a 25-year experience in the field and he has worked extensively with technical construction and design companies. He has participated in the design and construction of numerous real estate projects, road construction, infrastructure projects, industrial projects, etc.
His main duties at EPIKYKLOS include the supervision and coordination of projects, the drafting and observance of timetables and the monitoring of the financial data of projects.
Fotis’ accumulated experience is an important advantage that is available to the company’s clients from the very first step, which is agreeing on the project, to the very last one, which is the project delivery. The aim is to not only to satisfy the client, but also excite them, through coordinated work with mindfulness and knowledge, patience, persistence and communication, while surpassing the difficulties that may arise during the project execution artfully and on the basis of engineering.
She has earned a degree as a Civil Engineering Technician, with many years of experience in major construction companies. As a Construction Site and Quality Control Manager, she has undertaken the delivery of small- and large-scale projects.
With her organisational skills, the passion she puts into each project and her disciplined character, she proves how well she can lead each team under various conditions, achieve the project goals and deliver each project successfully.
Since his graduation from the Civil Engineering department of the University of Patra in 2005 he has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
He has previous experience as an engineer in technical companies, in the supervision of projects such as residential building construction and the renovation of apartments, hotels, offices and commercial properties. Additionally, is experienced in the study and issuance of building permits, topographic maps and in the legalization of illegal constructions.
Lastly, his knowledge on architectural and static programs offers him a significant advantage in spacial perception and proposing solutions.
His strong organizational skills, attention to detail, along with patience and persistence make him a valuable asset to the company.
She is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and she holds a Class A Professional License from the Economic Chamber of Greece.
She is remarkably consistent and efficient in the responsibilities she assumes; some of her key qualities are organisation, meticulousness and perfectionism.
She constantly seeks to evolve professionally and regularly attends seminars, so as to further her knowledge and keep up to date with the latest developments regarding tax, insurance and labour issues in the country.
With 10 years of experience in the field of accounting, through her course in different types of companies, she actively and efficiently contributes to the needs of EPIKYKLOS.
She is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specialising in the field of Business Economics.
Through her 5-year work experience in various accounting departments, she has expertise in companies active in shipping, imports and sale of goods and residential construction and renovation.
Her main duties in EPIKYKLOS concern the continuous monitoring of the company’s finances and the accurate recording of data, in order to accurately reflect the company’s financial situation, for the purpose of making the necessary decisions for its sound operation.
Politeness and proper communication with colleagues and associates of the company are two important traits she possesses, complemented by her willingness for continuous training in an ever-evolving field. Her main focus is the effective participation in the accounting operations and the successful completion of her duties, contributing to the overall achievement of the company’s objectives.
She is a graduate of a private Secretarial School; she speaks three languages and has attended several seminars on the sales sector.
She has worked for several years as an Administrative Secretary in major Brokerage firms, in Corporate Public Relations and she has 10 years of experience in Real Estate. As a particularly organised, adaptable, helpful and welcoming person, she has, also, worked in the Tourism sector as a Hotel Manager.
