CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Vital Blue is an urban building with multi-level luxury residences in the Golf of Glyfada.

It represents the ideal combination of high architectural design with an extremely high-quality construction approach. Vital Blue’s luxurious interior design, based on textures, materials and furniture from prestigious brands, brings the quality of everyday life to the highest level.

The whole concept aims to create personalized spaces, while the green – sustainable footprint of the building offers a higher standard of living. Each Vital Blue residence is unique in shape, size and design. Externally, a “shell” was created that looks like a marine vehicle with its own “sails” or “wings”, which covers and unifies the entire structure. The facade design also acts as a means of privacy protection by providing shading and minimizing energy consumption. The large openings of the “shell” allow fresh air and natural light to enter the building, giving a sense of transparency and light permeability. The special elements of water and green highlight the design of the building, while the private swimming pools in each residence and the plant roof are a few of the features of Vital Blue that decisively contribute to a holistic living experience.
