VITAL BLUE RESIDENCES: 5002 SPA SUITE

A private wellness retreat inside Vital Blue

Completion: June 06, 2026
Project Type: Construction,
Architects: Sgoutas Architects

5002 Spa Suite is an 80 sq. m. residence, part of Vital Blue, the innovative flagship luxury residence building in the Glyfada Golf area bearing the EPIKYKLOS signature.

It was designed as a private wellness destination, where the architecture, light, and materials come together to provide a different living experience.

From the beginning, our goal was to redefine the meaning of a semi-basement. To that end, we applied smart home management and made the most of advanced technological solutions, like KNX automation, high-quality cooling and heating systems, air-exchange mechanisms, and light tubes that bring natural sunlight indoors. That way, we have created a residence that exudes light, warmth, and a sense of comfort throughout the day.

The aesthetics of 5002 follow the philosophy that defines Vital Blue. Curves that soften the space, custom wooden structures, granite-infused microcement, natural textures, hidden lighting that transforms the atmosphere depending on the time of day, and a color palette that exudes tranquility—all come together to create an environment of understated luxury.

The open-plan kitchen, the living room, the relaxation areas, and the master bedroom with the private jacuzzi and steam bath work together as a single place where comfort, functionality, and well-being co-exist effortlessly, evoking the feeling of a private wellness retreat.

The result is a spacious home that impresses not with extravagance, but with the coherence of its design. A space where architecture, technology, and construction quality cooperate to build a unique living experience.
