Saronida Blue is a high-end holiday residence complex developed by GRECA Developments, currently undergoing reconstruction by EPIKYKLOS. The complex consists of five independent residences, combining the high aesthetics and clean lines of NM Architects’ architectural design with unobstructed, clear sea views.
With extensive experience in highly intricate projects and in close collaboration with the GRECA team, we are building Saronida Blue based on strict technical specifications to transform the existing building into a modern standard of quality and construction excellence.
The project’s high demands, from structural design and material selection to the facade details, insulations, and custom constructions, are a key area of expertise for EPIKYKLOS.
Our goal is for every residence to fully reflect the architectural study by NM Architects, reinforce the timeless investment value for GRECA Developments, and offer a leading quality of life to future users.
