A 130m² urban apartment was renovated preserving its elegance, incorporating classic materials that perfectly serve contemporary living trends.
The living room is a space of gathering, the “hearth”. The new composition around the fireplace, the Tinos marble overlays and the wooden constructions suffuse daily life with warmth, comfort and elegance. The oak wood floors and the suspended ceiling with hidden lighting and spotlights enhance the space’s clear lines. The bathroom has been rearranged, the shower and the counter matching the iroko wood furniture, and space was optimized thanks to the new WC. The need for storage space was fully satisfied with the ‘hidden’ wardrobes in the corridor. The modern Italian kitchen followed the material palette of the property, maintaining the balance between classic elegance and a welcoming atmosphere
