EPIKYKLOS is in charge of the current reconstruction of a five-level residential building in Kallipoli, Piraeus, on behalf of GRECA DEVELOPMENTS. The project, which is based on the architectural design by Andriani Panou-Papatheodorou, Head Architect of EPIKYKLOS, will mark a significant upgrade for the whole neighborhood since the pre-existing structure was left unfinished for many years.
The rejuvenated building will include a two-bedroom maisonette on the ground floor and two one-bedroom apartments on each floor. On the fifth level, there will be a two-bedroom apartment with exclusive access to the loft and jacuzzi. The maisonnette spreads over three levels with a mezzanine and a basement with a lowered courtyard for adequate lighting. There are also parking spaces on the ground floor and storage rooms in the basement.
Portside Residencies is a modern, functional apartment complex constructed with high-quality standards and strategically located close to essential Piraeus sites.
