This contemporary, 90m² residence comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen, an open living room and dining room, and a 6m² pantry. It is located on the third floor of a well-preserved 1976 ‘polykatoikia’ apartment building and is equipped with autonomous gas heating. The green quiet street below and its three balconies create a luminous and pleasant living atmosphere. High-quality materials of a luxuriant aesthetic were used according to a thorough architectural design, to achieve a fully functional residence.
