This 60m2 apartment has been converted into a modern house for a young couple.

Renovation works were particularly demanding since the apartment was totally destroyed by fire. In the new architectural design the focus was placed on functionality, utilizing spaces that were left unused until now. The open-plan kitchen and living room features clean lines and contemporary materials, and is unified with the terrace through a large opening. The bright bedroom is the perfect space for relaxation thanks to its combination of wooden surfaces and grey floor. A palette of earthy colors and natural materials, large floor tiles and black metal details in the faucets and the mirror compose the relaxing space of the bathroom.
