A 118m² apartment in the heart of Kolonaki was transformed into a law firm. The objective was to fully renovate the property to host three lawyers and cover their daily needs. The selection of materials transmits classic elegance, emphasizing the company’s prestige. New pre-finished decorated wooden floorings and decorative plaster works define the space while preserving its overall unity. The two-tone walls, combined with the plasterworks on the ceiling, add height to the space. In the bathrooms and kitchen, simple lines and fine materials complement the apartment’s timeless appeal.
