Construction of two semi-detached houses, in a plot area of 225 sqm per house, with exceptional, contemporary materials. Each residence develops within 4 levels with a 35 sqm ground floor in every residence, leaving a spacious external area where each house has a fully functional customized kitchen designed in minimal lines and covered with forged concrete. Despite the small coverage factor of the plot, every residence consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
