On Friday, December 6, we had the honor of participating in an event of major importance for the architectural sector, but also for all of us at EPIKYKLOS.
A small apartment next to a green oasis
EPIKYKLOS offers a newly-renovated 60m2 apartment on the corner of Semelis and 39 Alkmanos Street in Ilisia.
This 60m² apartment is situated at a short distance from ‘Megaro Mousikis’ metro station, on the first floor of a well-preserved 1972 building. With unobstructed views over a small green oasis, it is close to Ilisia Park in Athens and has been transformed into a modern residence.
The apartment comprises a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms — the master bedroom is connected to the living room — bathroom and a covered 3,4m² veranda. The idea of an open space that maintains its privacy, creates a multi-purpose apartment that changes according to the needs of the moment or the owner’s mood.
It is equipped with a fully-functional kitchen, central heating and inverter air-conditioning. The covered veranda is reminiscent of a vintage indoor patio and together with the sliding wooden divider creates an interplay between the indoor and the outdoor. The main spaces and the veranda have solid-wood floors, while the bathroom is covered with granite tiles.
The materials used throughout are of fine quality and luxurious, complementing the unique architectural design that transformed this apartment into a fully functional residence.
