Renovation in Marousi

This 100m²-apartment in the heart of Kolonaki, Athens was renovated to accommodate a family of five. The materials selected respect and preserve the property’s identity and original elements. The new Italian kitchen — included in our offer — was united with the living room, creating a classic atmosphere realized using modern materials. The Volakas marble on the kitchen counter and the golden hues of the island and tap add a luxurious flair to this corner of the house. In the WC and bathrooms, the Tinos marble and iroko wood of the furniture preserve the property’s elegance. The white hues on the wall, the white lacquered doors, and the oak wood floor create the sensation of a hospitable and luminous space.
