The project concerns the complete renovation of an 95 sq.m. 8th floor apartment, built in 1990, intended for occasional use by its owners, who permanently live abroad.

EPIKYKLOS supported the construction of the Greek pavilion at the 18th International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia 2023.

The space was radically reconstructed with the aim of dividing it into two new apartments, a large 145 sq.m apartment and a 45 sq.m. studio apartment.

As part of the actions of the Academy of Culture, EPIKYKLOS supported the International Exhibition of Architecture & Contemporary Art “SYMBOLS II: Memory”.

The project focuses on the restructuring of two small apartments of the 60s in the area of Mets, that were joined together to fulfil the needs of the owners

The aim of the renovation was to create a modern space, which would continue to maintain the authentic identity of that era.
