The overall reform of the building shell and the façades had, as its primary objective, the aesthetic improvement of the house. A monolithic white volume now dominates in the property. Grey architectural elements in the form of metal boxes identifying the windows protrude from the façades, breaking up and at the same time highlighting the white volume.

An abandoned concrete structure that was initially developed to house a residential project transform into a boutique hospitality nested within an authentic Parian neighbourhood.
