A GRECA DEVELOPMENTS investment implemented by EPIKYKLOS
EPIKYKLOS undertook the reconstruction of a seven-level building in Piraeus, a property of GRECA DEVELOPMENTS. The reconstruction was based on the architectural design of Nikolaos Moschos and Alimonakis Engineers. The building is located on a very busy Piraeus street. It used to be abandoned and idle except for the ground floor, where a timber business used to operate, but now it’s about to have a revamped look and use.
The Alipedou St. building will include serviced apartments, a ground-floor store, and a basement with a gym. There will be three independent apartments on every floor except for the top, where there will be a single apartment with a roof garden and an uninterrupted view. The basement will include auxiliary spaces, while the ground floor will have a roomy commercial space with a separate entrance. The goal is to deliver a turnkey project with modern design and high-quality construction.
