EPIKYKLOS awarded for “Excellence in Luxury Construction & Innovation” at the Athens Riviera Luxury Awards

A significant distinction for EPIKYKLOS and its role in the new era for the Athenian Riviera. The company was recognized for its work and innovative approach to luxury real estate development in a region that is currently at the center of major investments and a significant urban transformation.

On September 17, EPIKYKLOS received the “Excellence in Luxury Construction & Innovation Award” in the “Construction, Development & Architecture” category of the Athens Riviera Luxury Awards.

The honor serves as recognition of a course based on quality, technical excellence, and creating projects with substantial and enduring value. Among them, the Vital Blue residences at the Glyfada Golf area, one of the company’s major projects in the Athenian Riviera, which fully reflects the EPIKYKLOS philosophy on contemporary premium housing.

The award was accepted by the Founder & CEO of EPIKYKLOS, Iosif Arabatzis, with the following remark:

The award ceremony took place at the One&Only Aesthesis in the Asteria area in Glyfada, under the auspices of the Ministry of Development and in collaboration with NouPou Media, the event’s official media partner. The event brought together prominent figures from the business and investment communities, as well as the real estate, construction, shipping, yachting, and hospitality sectors, along with representatives of the government and institutional bodies.
