The example of PURENEST

Vrilissia is an Athenian suburban district geographically linked to Mount Pentelicus, as its boundaries are shaped by the mountain’s streams and the peri-urban forest on its southwestern foothills. It’s an urban area maintaining a seamless connection to Attica’s natural landscape, which is utterly important for its residents’ quality of life.

On Grammou Street, we developed the PURENEST residential building, a project that combines the advantages of an urban residence with the benefits of suburban living, redefining how the built structure connects to its natural surroundings.

The building was designed to provide an elevated living experience, emphasizing aesthetics, functionality, and energy efficiency. Natural materials, like oak and bamboo, are combined with earthy textures and hues, creating a calm and modern feel.

The landscaped courtyard and the green rooftop enhance the connection to the natural elements, while cutting-edge energy systems ensure a high A++ energy rating.
