Andreas works as a Construction Project Manager in EPIKYKLOS renovation projects.

Since his graduation from the Civil Engineering department of the University of Patra in 2005 he has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.

He has previous experience as an engineer in technical companies, in the supervision of projects such as residential building construction and the renovation of apartments, hotels, offices and commercial properties. Additionally, is experienced in the study and issuance of building permits, topographic maps and in the legalization of illegal constructions.

Lastly, his knowledge on architectural and static programs offers him a significant advantage in spacial perception and proposing solutions.

His strong organizational skills, attention to detail, along with patience and persistence make him a valuable asset to the company.

Kyriaki Zachou is responsible for the utility connections of both under-construction and renovated properties, ensuring their seamless functionality upon project completion.

In close collaboration with public service providers such as EYDAP (water), DEDDIE (electricity), natural gas companies, internet and telephony providers, and sewage services, she monitors all connection processes and intervenes promptly to resolve any issues that may arise.

She holds a degree as a Technological Civil Engineer from the University of West Attica, with a specialization in infrastructure projects and a focus on hydraulic works. She has gained significant experience through her internship at EYDAP and her involvement in major private and public sector projects, working with companies such as Green Properties and TERNA S.A.

Known for her dynamic presence, organizational skills, and positive attitude, Kyriaki stands out as a dedicated professional. Her perseverance and focus on achieving goals are key elements of her professional identity, playing a crucial role in the smooth execution and completion of every project.

Panagiotis Theologou works as a Construction Project Manager on building and renovation projects for ΕPIKYKLOS.

He is a Civil Engineer (Technological Education Institute) and an active member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). With extensive experience in the construction sector, he has made a significant contribution to projects of various scales, from design to execution.

As a site and quality control supervisor, he manages complex projects with a high level of technical precision and organizational efficiency. Discipline, passion for his work, and commitment to achieving goals are key elements of his professional identity.

With strong leadership skills and a collaborative spirit, Panagiotis plays a crucial role in delivering high-standard projects on time and within budget.

Elena is a member of the architects’ department of EPIKYKLOS and she specialises in the renovation of residential projects and offices.

She graduated with Honours from the NTUA School of Architecture in 2012 and continued her studies in the postgraduate programme “Lighting Design” of the Hellenic Open University. She has participated in architectural competitions and exhibitions and has attended a series of seminars on digital design, refurbishment of buildings, as well as on photography and jewellery design/making.

She has a decade-long experience and, through her work in architectural firms, she has had the opportunity to participate in a wide range of fields, such as hotel properties, hospitals, office buildings and residential complexes, taking on an active role in all stages of architectural design, from the initial design to the projects’ completion. Her experience as a freelancer in private residences and stores allowed her to gain insight into the architectural management of interior spaces and the supervision of construction sites.

Elena joined the EPIKYKLOS team as a renovation designer, undertaking the design of projects based on the functional and aesthetic needs of the company’s clients. Characterised by industriousness, persistence and patience, she utilises her design and creative skills with an emphasis on detail, so as to ensure the seamless development of projects, by establishing good communication with client.

The EPIKYKLOS project “Apartment Renovation in Glyfada”, which was designed by her, was voted in the Top 10+1 Interiors 2020 by Archisearch.

Athena is a member of the architectural department of EPIKYKLOS and she specialises in residential projects and retail.

She is an Architectural Engineer, with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of East London (UEL).

During the last years of her studies, she focused on Urban Architecture. Her design on the housing project CASE STUDY in ACCORDIA, CAMBRIDGE was awarded by her university, a notable achievement in her career. She has remained active in her field throughout the years, as she has participated in numerous Architectural Contests.

She spent most of her career working and living abroad. In 2015-2017, she was an Architectural Engineer at a London construction company. Her next position was at a large multinational company in Dubai, UAE, where she was lead engineer at the Harvey Nichols and Bloomingdales stores in the Retail sector. Her work experience, travels and collaboration with Architects from abroad helped her considerably in expanding her experience in the field. Upon her return to Greece, she joined the team of EPIKYKLOS in the renovations department, offering her multi-faceted expertise to every project she undertakes.

Vision, creativity, technical and aesthetic innovation, responsibility and hard work are all qualities that characterise her.

Marianna is part of the EPIKYKLOS architectural department specializing in the design and implementation of residential projects.

She is an Architecture graduate of the National Technical University of Athens with an NTUA Master’s Degree in Urban and Landscape Planning.

With great proficiency in the integration of new technologies in design and construction, she has extensive knowledge on the design of a global range of projects, from construction detail and object design to large scale urban planning studies. In the past she has collaborated in studies for large housing and tourism projects in Greece and Cyprus, while she has participated in the International Workshop “Cross – SeaUrban Transitions”. Finally, she has attended seminars on Health and Safety at the Workplace.

Andriani is the Deputy Managing Director of EPIKYKLOS and is in charge of its architectural department, as one of the main executives of the company.

She studied at the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), graduating in 2005; she has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece ever since. A series of seminars, trainings and certifications on the field of energy and sustainable development, project management, as well as theatre and performing arts, came to complement her academic knowledge.

She gained extensive experience in the composition and organisation of large projects, professional spaces, residential and hotel projects as a freelancer, but also through her collaboration with companies and architectural firms. She has, also, written articles in journals of the industry.

At EPIKYKLOS, she undertakes projects both as a designer and as a project manager, supervising every stage of their implementation. She perceives each project as a living organism, each one unique, where know-how, the sense of organisation and creativity must be appropriately balanced, so as to ensure the high quality of the services and the final product. A human-centred approach, innovations and the added value of the building are elements that characterise every architectural design and feasibility assessment. A passion for evolving her work, industriousness and her team spirit are the key points that characterise her management activities in the company.

Antonis is in charge of the projects and the department of foremen of EPIKYKLOS; he has been a part of the company since the very beginning.

With a deep knowledge of the construction industry and through his experience, organisational spirit and teamwork, he is a key member in the carrying out of projects. He is present every day in both the organisation of construction activities and the resolution of various issues that may arise.

Having an excellent knowledge of market materials, he handles the company’s communication with suppliers, maintaining the high quality of materials and services and, thus, achieving the best possible results.

As a visionary and an inventive mind, he is also involved in the communication with clients, making sure that the end result offers a better future to every family that chooses EPIKYKLOS to realise their dreams.

Erica is the Marketing & Communication Director at EPIKYKLOS.

With 20 years of experience in advertising, over 100 different brands on her record and more than 20 accolades for her work, she manages the image and strategic actions of EPIKYKLOS in terms of communication and marketing.

She studied graphic design at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Through the wealth of knowledge and experience she amassed in the course of her career by working in various advertising companies and with major clients, she went from ideas and design to marketing and strategy.

She likes to evolve the companies that put their trust in her, designing unique experiences and solutions, through targeted creative ideas both in printed and digital communication and bringing into play design thinking and technology.

The defining quality of her character and work ethic is her pugnacity and her need for efficiency.
