In a unique evening at the FALIRIKON space for art and events at Mikrolimano, EPIKYKLOS stood out again for its pioneering work, earning recognition from distinguished industry academics and professionals. 

At the BOUSSIAS Exteriors Awards 2025 event on February 4, our company was named “Construction Fit out Company of the Year,” having gathered the highest cumulative score for its awarded nominations. At the same time, SGOUTAS ARCHITECTS, one of our awarded partners, was named “Architecture Firm of the Year.”

The Vital Blue building consists of 8 multi-level luxury residences in the Golf area of Glyfada. It represents the ideal combination of high-end architectural design with a construction approach that prioritizes high quality and sustainability. Every Vital Blue residence is unique in shape, size, and design, and to unify them, we use a specially designed facade that ensures both natural lighting and privacy. The special structural design provides maximum durability in the event of an earthquake without affecting the light architectural structure, wide openings, and large balconies with swimming pools. The building is certified by TÜV HELLAS and has an A+ energy class.

At PURENEST, the building and residences are all of an A++ energy class. Aiming at a greener future, we adopted innovative sustainability practices and provided unique amenities and benefits that secure the project’s low energy footprint. PURENEST infuses urban living with the qualities found in suburban areas. The wide use of natural materials like oak and bamboo, the natural paints used for the green hues, and the ample plants scattered in the surroundings and the loft make PURENEST look like a building in harmony with nature.

Residence in Adames Kifisias

Silver at Exteriors Awards 2025 in the category: Best in Urban Housing
At the Residence in Adames Kifisias, the clarity and geometric simplicity of the “cube” were used to create a modern, functional space suitable for flexible use, like working from home. Here, architectural design harmoniously coexists with the surroundings, following the area’s suburban character, while the “cubes” determine the interior and exterior zones and how they interact with each other. During construction, from excavation to the final stages, highly specialized techniques were applied to highlight the unique geometry, textures, and colors of an exceptional living space.

EPIKYKLOS represented in the BOUSSIAS 20under40 Architects list

During the Exteriors Awards ceremony, 20 select young architects received their honors as this year’s members of the BOUSSIAS 20under40 Architects list. It’s an annual evaluation that highlights the work of young executives under 40 years old who drive developments in architecture and contribute significantly to the success and growth of their companies.

Among this year’s honorees were two EPIKYKLOS architects, Athina Sallam and Marianna Nassi, who have put their mark on our success with their innovative work and unique glance.

For EPIKYKLOS, as an employer, it’s essential to accentuate our team members’ talent and reward their ideas and efforts. That’s why we keep providing young professionals with motives for development within an environment that fosters healthy competition and creativity. Nominating them for the 20under40 Architects list is one such motive.
So, we are really proud that two of our executives were selected among the most distinguished young architects in Greece.
