Studio 5012 is one of the luxury residences in Vital Blue, the innovative residential project of EPIKYKLOS in the Glyfada Golf area.
Located on the 5th floor, it consists of a 30 sq. m. residence and 100 sq. m. outdoor space with a pool, seamlessly joined, blurring the limits between the inside and outside.
Design-wise, the studio follows the same architectural style as the whole Vital Blue building with the curved geometries, custom woodwork, large openings, and emphasis on the interplay between aesthetics and functionality.
The project’s philosophy is based on an alternative approach to luxury, where the measurement isn’t how impressive things look, but how they enhance the quality of everyday life. Luxury manifests in features such as natural light, comfort, privacy, and the freedom to enjoy one’s space organically and effortlessly.
Every inch of the indoor spaces is designed with attention to providing comfort, flexibility, and high aesthetics. In the studio’s central part, there’s a specially designed revolving wooden structure that features a TV stand on one side and storage space on the other, adjusting to everyday needs.
Thanks to its location and large end-to-end openings, the apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day and adorned with uninterrupted views of the sea and mountain. At the same time, the electrically operated curtains ensure privacy and shade when necessary.
The outdoor space is split in two: the beach-styled heated pool on one side and the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ, and dining area on the other.
Studio 5012 expresses the Vital Blue philosophy of providing residences that create value through day-to-day living experience.
Residences designed to offer a smooth combination of comfort, functionality, and aesthetics, as well as a modern urban experience between the deep blue of the Saronic sky and the light blue of the Attika sky.
