EPIKYKLOS undertook the renovation of a 145 sq. m. apartment in a 70s modernist residential building on Vas. Sofias Ave, very close to the Athens Concert Hall.
The older style residence was redesigned from scratch with emphasis on the abundant natural light, the harmonious flow of spaces, and contemporary functional design. The goal was to deliver a rejuvenated apartment that provides its residents with comfort, quality, and a unique living experience.
From the architectural study phase, we considered every detail that would lead to a result of high aesthetics and guaranteed durability. Curved lines in selected architectural elements—such as the kitchen island—”soften” the space, making it warm and welcoming, while top-quality materials—such as natural wood and unique tiles—offer timelessness, luxury, and a distinct character.
The new kitchen is the apartment’s epicenter, boasting custom constructions, hidden lighting, and exquisite ceramic surfaces, as well as a perfect combination of aesthetic excellence and optimal functionality. The bathroom maintains the same principles, featuring a curved mirror and relaxing lighting that alludes to a luxury hotel experience.
The result is a modern, warm, and bright residence with a unique identity and unparalleled construction quality.
