CULTURES RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN ALIMOS

Cultural and living experience in complete harmony

Completion: February 01, 2025
Project Type: Construction,
Architects: A2 Architects

The awarded CULTURES residential building in Alimos boasts an energy class of A++, and it was designed to offer a modern living experience based on high-end architecture, advanced construction methods, sustainable operation, and flexible use through an innovative ownership model. On top of that, it packs extra cultural value thanks to the addition of select paintings by world-known artist Ioannis Karalias in some of the building’s public and private spaces.

The varied-sized apartments are defined by modern, minimal design. The interiors are bathed in abundant natural light that highlights the earthy tones and warm textures across all surfaces. The high-strength and top-quality building materials complement the aesthetic excellence and functionality of the residences.

With people, society, and the environment at the front and center of our design, we created a unique, beautiful, and sustainable building that adds immediate value to the residents’ daily lives, the owners’ long-term investment, as well as the very city it belongs to.
